Built on a classic bourbon foundation, this whiskey is finished in casks that previously held Vino de Naranja, a traditional Spanish orange wine produced in Andalucía. Sun-dried grapes and solera-style aging yield rich, dark orange wines with layered depth. Finishing our bourbon in these casks imparts a refined citrus note with a distinctive smokey umami character while preserving the core sweetness of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak.
